 Brian Karns, PT, DPT, ATC
A licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer, Brian graduated from West Chester University in 1990 with a degree in athletic training and from UMDNJ in 2004 with a doctorate of physical therapy. He has specialized experience in the care of athletic injuries, and in addition to serving as interim director of physical therapy services for The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey, Brian presently serves as athletic trainer for the Newton High School sending district, where he has done so since 1993. He is a former athletic trainer for Drew University and Centenary College, and has served the tri-county community since 1990. Brian takes pride in providing thoughtful, thorough and compassionate care with a personal touch. Brian’s primary goal is to make sure you regain or achieve the highest level of your physical potential, as comfortably, safely and quickly as possible based on a plan of care created especially for you.
